  • How can I return a product purchased online?

Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days (14 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery, you may return items by selecting “Return this Item” from your My GJones Club account under order details. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your account.

Please note the following conditions for return:

  1. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packing with tags attached and other components included;
  2. Items must be accompanied by original GJones Club receipt.

  • Return in store:

You may return your item to our GJones Club boutique at 12057 88 Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 3JC, located at Unit #300 inside the Great Light Healing community centre.

  • Please bring the items you wish to return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.
  • Refund for online orders paid with credit card will be issued in store.
  • Refunds for online orders paid with other forms of payments will be issued after our store team has initiated your refund request with our Client Services team. Once received, refunds will be processed with 7 - 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Please note, all items included in the package must match those you selected while generating your prepaid shipping label.

  • What is your return policy for items purchased in store?

 GJones Club will accept exchanges and returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must ne unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached with other components and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.      

  • How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

 Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7 – 10 business days from receipt of return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

  • Are delivery charges refundable?

Any original shipping charges you incur at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • How do I exchange an item I purchased online?

To request exchange of an online item, please contact our Client Advisors at 000-000-0000. Refunded merchandise must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in the Online Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.

  • Can I return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items purchased on GJones Club may be returned. However, refunds can only be issued to the same card used for original payment.
