  • Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery confirmation after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. It is not a guarantee that we will be able to make any changes, but we will try our best to assist you. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. Please note that a pre-authorization is placed on your card when you submit an order; however, the payment is not processed until the order has been shipped.

  • How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

  • Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed or shipped. All items purchased at GJones Club online store can be returned within 30 days. In case you need further support, our Customer Care will be happy to provide assistance.|

  • I placed an order for multiple products and only received part of my order. What should I do?

There are some instances where items may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive an additional email with further tracking information. In some cases, we may not have been able to fulfill your full order due to lack of stock available. In these instances, you will receive an email from us letting you know, as well as a full refund for that product.

  • When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding national holidays. This means, if your order is placed over the weekend or on a national or provincial holiday in British Columbia, Canada, it will not start processing until the next business day.

Delivery time can take anywhere from 3-10 working days depending on the delivery address. Orders will be shipped from Canada Post depot. For international shipments, orders will be shipped by Canada Post and then turned over to the local post office in the destination country.

  • What is an international transaction fee?

An international transaction fee is a fee charged to your credit card for making purchases out of country and is generally between 2-3 percent of the amount total on the purchase you make depending on your bank/credit card company.

Be assured that this charge was not made on our behalf. Please contact your issuing bank/credit card company for more information as we are a Canada based company.

  • Do the prices on the items include tax?

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within North America.

  • How do I redeem my promotion code?

Promotion codes can be redeemed during the checkout process by simply entering your code into the coupon field found on the Shopping Bag.
